Trauma Clean Pros operates as a licensed, insured Biohazard remediation company based to serve Greenfield and the surrounding Greenfield, OH region. Every technician on our roster carries an active bloodborne pathogen certification and works under documented OSHA protocols, whether the job is a single room or a full commercial floor.
Dispatch is answered by a real person, not a call center script, because most callers are dealing with something they've never faced before and need a straight answer fast.
A completed Biohazard job at Trauma Clean Pros always comes with photo documentation and a written report, since Greenfield clients frequently need it for insurance or legal purposes.
We also carry the specific equipment Biohazard work demands — ozone generators, hydroxyl machines, and enzymatic treatments — rather than relying on general-purpose cleaning products that weren't built for biohazard conditions.
Once a bodily fluid has had time to soak into porous material, the contamination extends well past what a mop or standard cleaner can reach. That's the point where a Biohazard specialist, not a cleaning service, needs to step in. Around Greenfield, our dispatch line hears these situations on a weekly basis:
The longer these situations go unaddressed, the more material typically needs to be removed, since contamination doesn't stay contained to where it started.
A passing that goes undiscovered for days leaves decomposition fluid, odor, and insect activity that reaches into subfloor and wall cavities.
Once law enforcement releases a scene, someone still has to restore the property, including repairing any forced-entry damage.
Deep hoarding cleanups regularly uncover contamination and structural issues hidden underneath layers of clutter.
A backup introduces blackwater contamination that turns porous building materials into a health hazard until they're removed.
We follow a documented decontamination checklist using EPA List N products for confirmed exposure cases.
Workplace incidents can leave contamination that falls outside a maintenance crew's normal scope.
No two Biohazard calls are identical, so our Greenfield team evaluates the property first, then proposes a scope. Here's the range we cover.
Each service below can be scoped on its own or combined into a single job when a property has more than one issue, such as a hoarding situation that also uncovered a sewage leak.
We treat every surface the incident reached with enzymatic and hospital-grade disinfection, not just what's visible on top.
Odor neutralization and material removal go hand in hand on a decomposition job — we handle both in the same visit.
Our crews sort belongings methodically, separating salvageable items from biohazard waste and flagging mold or structural concerns as we go.
Blackwater extraction is followed by removal of anything porous that absorbed contamination, then a full antimicrobial application.
Confirmed exposure sites get hospital-grade treatment, not a standard cleaning pass.
Warehouses and facilities across Greenfield call us for incidents requiring regulated waste manifests and proper disposal documentation.
Call +1-844-401-0166 and a dispatcher asks about the scope and hazards on scene before a crew is ever routed out.
Our Greenfield coverage keeps a crew close by, so arrival time rarely stretches past an hour.
We follow the same containment-then-disinfection sequence used in healthcare-grade decontamination.
A written report and photo documentation accompany every completed Greenfield job.
Certification and insurance travel with every Greenfield technician on every job, no exceptions.
Our Greenfield dispatch draws from a nearby crew, not a distant regional hub.
A written price is provided before work begins, and it stays the same once the crew is on-site.
Ozone and hydroxyl generators, enzymatic cleaners, and full bloodborne pathogen PPE travel with every crew we send.
We inspect before closing out a job, and if something doesn't hold up on a return visit, we fix it free of charge. We hold this standard regardless of property size or job complexity.
Part of the guarantee is continuity: no explaining your situation to a new person every time you call.
Our reporting doesn't end when the invoice is sent — we'll supply whatever additional documentation your claim or case requires.
